I've just started The Friendship War by Andrew Clements. I find it surprising that Grace seems so conflicted about who she is and who she wants to be. She is a very complicated character and I can't wait to read more about her!!

In the book Homecoming there are four children that is walking alone to there Aunt Cila's house because their mom abandoned them. That surprised me because they were in the car when the mom just left them alone. The oldest is Dicey which is 13 and she has to take care of her siblings with 7 dollars.
