Endings

What is one thing you wish was different
about the ending of your book?

I just finished Friendship Wars by Andrew Clements. At the end, I wish Grace had gone back to visit her Grandpa to see the progress he had made on his building. I think that would have made the book come full circle because the book started with a visit to Gramps and it would have ended with a visit to see him!

Even though that wasn't the actual ending, I still LOVED how Grace and her friends owned up to their shenanigans. It showed a lot of responsibility and maturity to go to the principal and confess. Plus, they made everything right by offering to pay for the damage they had caused.

Comment below about the ending of your book (or a book you finished recently!) and be sure to include your name. Find another blog post and comment back to a friend!

  1. So I had recently read Amulet by Kazu Kibushi. In every moment of this book was a shock to me. Because a spider octopus thing had eaten the mother and a lot of other creepy stuff. I recommend this book to people who like adventure and creepy stuff.

Also, I finished Pax by Sara Pennypacker. This story can get very emotional. I knew Pax (the fox) and Peter (the owner) had been separate and will reunite somehow, but I didn't expect for deaths and injury's to happen. I recommend this book people who likes animals and war.

P.S. I didn't blog this summer because I had forgotten the website and for me the google classroom wasn't working then I lost the paper. Sorry :(
